Meicinal Uses
1.Diarrhoea : The leaves decoction of guava (|one fistful of leaves boiled in 100 ml of water till it reduce to 25 ml) cn be given twice daily in Diarrhoea.
2.Toothache: The leves guava can be chewed and this paste can be kept in contact with the teeth for some time. The antiplaque properties of guava leaves are effective in preventing and treating oral problems.
3.Vomiting: The bark of roots power of guava 5gm with honey should be given in case of cholera and vomiting etc.
4.Mouth Ulcers: Guava leaves decoction can be used externally for rectal prolapse in children, and used as garling for chronic ulcers an mouth ulcers
5.Constipation: Guava fruit i nutritious as well a goo laxative. This fruit is goo for Diabetes also.
6.Leucorrhoea: Decoction of guava leaves is used as a vaginal and uterine wash, especially in leucorrhoea.
